Roxanne M. Sosnowski

Roxanne Sosnowski focuses her practice in the areas of labor and employment law, municipal law, and commercial real estate. Within this practice, Ms. Sosnowski represents management interests in virtually all aspects of the employment relationship with their employees, including counseling employers with respect to the hiring process, discipline and separation of their employees, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, handling grievances and arbitrations and if necessary, the representation of employers in connection with litigated disputes. She has represented employers in a wide variety of matters before state courts and administrative agencies. Her commercial real estate practice includes property development and zoning issues.

Ms. Sosnowski also represents municipalities in the formation and administration of tax increment financing districts and other municipal financing mechanisms in addition to serving as general counsel on day-to-day governance matters.

Additionally, Ms. Sosnowski serves on the Home Rule Committee with the Illinois Municipal League.

She also handles probate and trust administrations in addition to advising clients in the areas of estate and financial planning. Her commercial real estate practice includes property development and zoning issues.
