David J. Kurlinkus practices in the areas of corporate formation and representation, employment and labor law, estate planning, administrative law, local government law, education law, election law, and commercial litigation. Mr. Kurlinkus has served as legal counsel to municipalities, townships, and to the Winnebago County Board. He has advised elected and appointed governmental officials on local, state, and federal issues of law. Mr. Kurlinkus has negotiated numerous union contracts on behalf of governmental employers. He has represented private and governmental clients before administrative agencies and in state and federal court. Mr. Kurlinkus also advises clients on estate planning and in establishing appropriate types of business entities. He has served on the Hononegah Community High School District Board of Education since 1995 and has served as Board President since 1997.
