AARON N. SZETO

Aaron N. Szeto concentrates his practice in the areas of municipal law, residential/commercial real estate transactions, real estate development and entitlement processes, corporate/business transactions, corporate/business formation, and banking law. Within his municipal and real estate development practices, Mr. Szeto advises both public and private clients on entitlement processes to secure necessary zoning and building permits as well as implementation and use of complex special taxing districts as a mechanism for financing development, fostering economic growth, and obtaining economic incentives. Mr. Szeto has participated in numerous real estate closings and routinely assists and counsels sellers and buyers of residential or commercial property through the entire real estate transaction process.

Mr. Szeto was born and raised in Rockford, Illinois. He currently lives there with his wife and three children. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, traveling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Additionally, Mr. Szeto serves on the Home Rule Committee with the Illinois Municipal League.
